Promotional Special – Warranty Terms

Our quality air conditioning products, combined with our superior local and technical knowledge of the Brisbane climate, plus our vast industry experience, means that as a special promotion Brisbane Air is currently offering a comprehensive 5 year warranty on all new air conditioning installations. This covers the Manufacturer’s Warranty on all major parts (excludes only disposables e.g. filters, fuses etc) and also covers all labour costs. The warranty applies where we supply and install the air conditioning system, but does specifically exclude any wilful or accidental damage, non-existent servicing or abuse to the system. Brisbane Air will maintain and service your air conditioning system from the time of installation throughout the 5 Year warranty period, on the one condition that we advise you and attend to your regular* maintenance service. We fully guarantee all material (excludes only disposables e.g. filters, fuses etc) and labour costs for 5 years (provided regular* services have occurred and there has been no wilful or accidental damage/ abuse to the system). * regular services means that Brisbane Air have serviced your unit at least once in the preceding 18 months
