2. Do you use your own staff or do you subcontract work out?
To protect our hard earnt and well deserved reputation for “quality work”, we use our own highly competent staff on all our jobs and refuse to simply contract work out to subcontractors, as we are committed to protecting the quality of our work. We stand behind all our new installation work with long (5 year) installation warranties. 3. Do you provide on-site advice and recommendations to explain what options are available for our property?
Yes, we can visit your property and discuss the most suitable air con options face to face with you, be that for a new ducted system, new single split systems or a new multi head system. We service the residential market for existing and “new build” homes plus the commercial market. We can advise on replacement air conditioning. Yes, our core business is the supply and installation of quality and affordable new air conditioning for the Brisbane market. Our preferred dealership status with major suppliers (e.g. Mitsubishi Electric/ Fujitsu) means that we can offer excellent and very competitive pricing to all customers on leading brands. By supplying and installing your new air conditioners, we can also offer our customers very comprehensive 5 year warranties, covering both the new units and also our installation work.
