We just installed a Mitsubishi Ducted Air Con and I could not believe how quick and efficient Barney and Ian's installation team were. A team of about 4 came out onsite and installed our ducted aircon within 5 hours. At the end of the installation, one of the technician's even picked up our vacuum and started vacuuming the littlest amount of dust leftover from the installation. I could not have been more impressed at the professionalism and honesty showed by BrisbaneAir and will not hesitate to recommend them to everyone. Nothing was too hard or too difficult for Ian and Barney and I am truly impressed at how easy it was to deal with them. Price wise... they were close to 10% cheaper than the 4 other quotes I received and I don't think the others would have been this easy to deal with from quote to installation.

We just bought our first home and we approached BrisbaneAir to install our airconditioning. From the quote, right through to installation and final payment we found Ian and the crew there to be professional, fair and understanding of our particular circumstances. The installation went smoothly and the guys were careful to do the job right. Afterwards they cleaned up well and explained the operation and maintenance of the units in a clear and understandable way.
