Which Brand of Air Conditioner?Brisbane Air can install any brand of air conditioning unit, however we do tend to recommend certain suppliers as our experience suggests that some air conditioner suppliers produce much more reliable products than others. Our preferred and most recommended air conditioner brand is Mitsubishi Electric, however we also install Panasonic, Daikin, Midea and other brands.
At Brisbane Air, we generally guarantee labour and material on the installation of our commercial air conditioning units for 2 years (some conditions apply).

Servicing and Maintenance of Air ConditionersGood maintenance procedures for commercial air conditioners start after installation and you should always ensure that your filter is clean and clear of any contaminates. Whilst air filters can generally be cleaned by the business owner or maintenance staff, there are certain other items that must be regularly checked to ensure that the air conditioning system is running smoothly, for example refrigerant levels, cooling coils, condensing unit and drip trays. In our experience, both new and old systems require some routine maintenance, and therefore at Brisbane Air we recommend regular preventative check ups in order to save you possible headaches and bigger costs in the long run. Whilst the interval between servicing is largely dependent upon how long the system runs each day and how many people it serves, we recommend professional servicing for commercial air conditioning customers be undertaken on a mutually agreed timeframe, and that a service maintenance contract be established to ensure that no major problems occur with your air conditioning system.

Renovation after the Floods.

"We recently (June 2010) had ducted air conditioning installed by Brisbane Air. I spent most of the day at home with my 5 month old baby whilst the job was being done, and was very impressed with the standard of work and professionalism with which the job was carried out. They were able to find solutions to access problems and took the time to do the job properly for minimal impact on the character of our 90 year old Queenslander. They were a really friendly bunch of guys and left us with easy to follow instructions and confidence in their warranty and service. The whole installation was great value and Ian's quote was over a $1000 lower than the 2 others I had on the exact same system."

"Great Prices and Even Greater Service"
"We just installed a Mitsubishi Ducted Air Con and I could not believe how quick and efficient Barney and Ian's installation team were. A team of about 4 came out onsite and installed our ducted aircon within 5 hours. At the end of the installation, one of the technician's even picked up our vacuum and started vacuuming the littlest amount of dust leftover from the installation. I could not have been more impressed at the professionalism and honesty showed by BrisbaneAir and will not hesitate to recommend them to everyone. Nothing was too hard or too difficult for Ian and Barney and I am truly impressed at how easy it was to deal with them. Price wise... they were close to 10% cheaper than the 4 other quotes I received and I don't think the others would have been this easy to deal with from quote to installation."
